Using the Tools Together

A Few Reminders Before You Start
Charge each device fully before first use.
With the massage tools, always start on the lowest vibration level and the gentlest pressure, then build up only if it feels comfortable.
Use the massage tools on soft tissue only ā never on the head, neck, throat, spine, bones, or hard joints.
Avoid any area that is swollen, bruised, inflamed, numb, or irritated.
Stop right away if you feel pain, numbness, tingling, burning, or increased discomfort.
Follow each session with gentle movement, then notice how the body responds.
