The WeRoll Massage Roller uses vibration to support soft tissue release and help the body feel more relaxed, open, and ready to move. USB Charging Port

  • Use the USB charging port to charge the roller.

  • Charge fully before first use.

How to Roll

Use the roller on soft tissue areas that feel tight, stiff, sore, or overworked.

  1. Choose one area of the body.

  2. Start on the lowest vibration level.

  3. Place the roller under the muscle, not directly on a joint or bone.

  4. Move slowly, about 1 inch per second.

  5. Spend 30 to 60 seconds per area.

  6. Pause briefly on tight spots.

  7. Breathe and let the tissue soften.

  8. Follow with gentle movement.

The roller should feel helpful, not painful.

How Much Pressure to Use

Let the vibration do most of the work. Start with light pressure. Use hands, feet, or the opposite leg to reduce pressure when needed. As the body gets used to the roller, you can gradually add more bodyweight if it feels comfortable.

A good rule:

  • Light pressure for sensitive areas

  • Moderate pressure for larger muscles

  • Less pressure if the area feels sharp, bruised, or irritated

Avoid forcing the body onto the roller. Comfort and control matter more than intensity. Common positions include back, waist, hip, foot, leg, and arm training.

Best Areas to Use the Roller

The roller works especially well on larger areas of the body. Common areas include: upper back, lower back, hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, feet, and forearms.

Avoid rolling directly on bones, joints, the head, neck, or any area with sharp pain, swelling, bruising, or irritation.

The Six Routines

Routine 1: Back Body Reset

For upper back tension from sitting, posture, or daily stress. Use this when the upper back feels tight, stiff, or rounded forward.

  • Place the roller: under the upper back

  • Time: 3 to 5 minutes

  • Intensity: start low, then increase if comfortable

How to use: Keep feet on the floor. Support the head if needed. Slowly roll from mid-back to upper back. Avoid rolling directly on the neck. Pause gently on tight spots.

Afterward, try: shoulder rolls or a gentle chest opening. Feel for: more space across the chest and upper back.

Routine 2: Hip and Glute Release

For hips, glutes, and areas that feel stuck. Use this when the hips or glutes feel tight from sitting, walking, or movement.

  • Place the roller: under one glute or side of the hip

  • Time: 3 to 5 minutes

  • Intensity: low to medium

How to use: Sit gently on the roller. Shift weight slightly to one side. Roll slowly over the glute area. Keep the pressure comfortable. Avoid sharp or pinching sensations.

Afterward, try: hip circles, slow walking, or a seated figure-four stretch. Check in: does the hip feel easier to move?

Routine 3: Legs Feel Lighter

For quads, hamstrings, and calves. Use this when the legs feel sore, heavy, or overworked.

  • Place the roller: under the front, back, or lower part of the legs

  • Time: 5 to 8 minutes total

  • Intensity: low to medium

How to use: Roll slowly along the muscle. Spend 30 to 60 seconds per area. Use hands or the opposite leg for support. Keep pressure on muscle, not bone. Avoid rolling directly over the knee.

Afterward, try: a short walk or gentle leg swings. Feel for: lighter, warmer, more relaxed legs.

Routine 4: Foot Roll Refresh

For tired feet after standing or walking. Use this after long days, lots of standing, or when the feet feel overworked.

  • Place the roller: under one foot at a time

  • Time: 2 to 4 minutes total

  • Intensity: low

How to use: Stand or sit depending on comfort. Roll from heel toward the ball of the foot. Keep pressure gentle. Pause lightly on tender spots. Switch sides.

Afterward, try: toe spreading, ankle circles, or a short walk. Check in: do the feet feel more grounded?

Routine 5: Ready-to-Move Roll

For helping the body feel prepared before movement. Use this before a WeShape session, walk, or gentle activity.

  • Best areas: upper back, glutes, quads, calves

  • Time: 3 to 5 minutes total

  • Intensity: low to medium

How to use: Keep it light and energizing. Move slowly without lingering too long. Focus on areas that feel stiff. Follow with your warm-up or movement session.

Feel for: a body that feels more awake and ready to move.

Routine 6: Post-Movement Roll Down

For recovery after movement or an active day. Use this after a WeShape session, walk, workout, or long day.

  • Best areas: quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, upper back

  • Time: 5 to 8 minutes total

  • Intensity: low to medium

How to use: Roll slowly. Spend 30 to 60 seconds per area. Keep breathing relaxed. Pause gently on tight spots. Avoid forcing pressure.

Afterward, try: gentle stretching, hydration, or a few minutes of quiet rest. Feel for: a calmer, more recovered body.

Pairing the Roller With WeShape Movement

Release, move, notice. A WeShape flow to follow:

  1. Use the roller on tight tissue.

  2. Follow with gentle movement.

  3. Notice how the body responds.

Helpful examples: roll upper back, then shoulder rolls. Roll glutes, then hip circles. Roll calves, then ankle circles. Roll quads, then slow sit-to-stands.

Pairing the Roller With Other Recovery Tools

A helpful order:

  1. Massage roller for broad tissue release

  2. Massage ball for more targeted spots

  3. Massage gun for vibration and deeper support

  4. Recovery Belt for red light support

  5. Gentle movement

A rhythm to follow: release, target, vibrate, support, move, notice.

How Often to Use the Roller

A good starting point:

  • 1 session per day

  • 3 to 8 minutes total

  • 30 to 60 seconds per area

Use lower intensity for sensitive areas. Use higher intensity only when it feels comfortable. The roller automatically shuts off after 15 minutes.
