Installation Steps
Step 1: Attach the Casters and Join the Base
Turn over the base and securely attach the four casters (m) — positions m1, m2, m3, and m4.
Insert the left and right base tubes (b) into the connecting pipe (c) and fix them with screws (n) — positions n1, n2, n3, and n4.
Step 2: Install the Support Rod
Insert the support rod (d) into the base and screw it with the long screws (l) — positions l1, l2, l3, and l4.
Step 3: Install the First Lift Rod and Set Your Height
Insert the lift rod (e) into the support rod (d), and choose an appropriate height.
Refer to the first observation hole to locate the bracket position, then use the handle screw (k) to fasten the lift rod at the second hole. After that, lock and insert another handle screw from the side of the rod to reinforce the structure.
Place the plastic ring (g) inside the support rod (d).
Step 4: Install the Second Lift Rod
Insert the lift rod (f) into the support rod (e). Place the plastic ring (g) inside the support rod (e).
Step 5: Attach the Mounting Arm
Attach the mounting arm using the hardware shown in the diagram (handle screws k and i). Tighten the screws by hand first, then secure them fully once everything is aligned.
Step 6: Attach the Mounting Bracket
Attach and secure the mounting bracket using screws k and i.
Before placing equipment on the stand, check that:
All screws are tightened
The stand is stable
The wheels are positioned safely
The mounted equipment does not exceed 39.68 lbs / 18 kg
Final Setup Check
Before using the stand:
Make sure all hardware is fully tightened
Confirm the stand rolls smoothly
Lock or stabilize the wheels if needed
Keep the stand on a flat, stable surface
Keep children and pets away from the stand during use
Warranty
Your WeShape Mobile Stand includes a limited two-year warranty.
The warranty applies to products purchased by the original customer and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, defective products or parts may be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to warranty terms.
For the first 180 days, shipping costs may be covered. After 180 days, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Theft or loss
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product yourself. Unauthorized repair attempts may create risk of injury and may void the warranty.
