Your Subscription Management page is where you can see your plan, your renewal date, and any offers on your account. Get to it from My profile, then Manage my subscription.
What You'll See
Under Current plan you'll find your plan name and status, plus a timeline showing the date you joined, where you are today, and what happens next.
Status Meanings
Active — Your membership is running normally. The timeline shows a Renews date.
Active with an offer — A discount is applied to your account. Your renewal date shows the discounted amount alongside the standard price, with the percentage off.
Paused — Billing and access are on hold. Your timeline shows when your membership restarts.
Canceled — Your membership won't renew. The timeline shows an Expires on date, which is the last day of your access.
Reactivating
If your plan shows as Canceled, a Reactivate your membership option appears on this page. Select Reactivate membership to pick up right where you left off. See How to Reactivate a Canceled Membership.
What You Can Do From Here
Which options appear depends on your plan type and your recent account history, so not every member sees the same thing. Anytime you accept an offer, this page updates right away to show the new details. If something you expected isn't there, message us and we'll take a look.
Updating Your Card
Payment details aren't editable from this page. To update the card on your subscription, contact us and we'll send you a secure billing link. See How to Change Your Payment Method or Credit Card.
Canceling
Cancellation lives at the bottom of this page under Danger Zone. You'll be asked why you're leaving, and depending on your answer you may be offered an alternative before you confirm. See How do I cancel my membership? for the full walkthrough.
If a discount is already applied to your account, you'll see a reminder of what you'd be giving up before you can continue, with the option to keep your offer instead.
