This guide shows you how to update the credit card, debit card, or payment method on your WeShape subscription.
Billing details can't currently be changed from inside your WeShape profile. Instead, our team sends you a secure link to your personal billing page — it takes about a minute.
Steps
Contact our support team
Message us through the chat widget or email [email protected] and let us know you'd like to update your payment method.
Open your secure billing link
We'll reply with a secure, personal link to your billing page, hosted by Recurly, our payment processor. The link goes only to the email address on your account.
Enter your new card details and save
Add your new card information and save. Your subscription will bill to the new card going forward.
Verify It Worked
Your billing page will show the updated card. If a renewal payment had recently failed, updating your card usually also processes the outstanding balance and restores your access right away.
Common Questions
My card was lost, stolen, or replaced after fraud. The same process applies — just let us know and we'll send your secure billing link.
What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards, and PayPal on select plans.
