How do I cancel my membership?

  • If you purchased through the Apple App Store: You can cancel your subscription plan by following these steps:

    1. Open the App Store on your device.

    2. Go to your account profile by tapping your profile picture.

    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. Select WeShape from the list of subscriptions.

    5. Tap Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal.

  • If you purchased through the Google Play Store: You can cancel your subscription plan by following these steps:

    1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.

    2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

    3. Select Payments and Subscriptions.

    4. Tap Subscriptions.

    5. Choose WeShape from the list.

    6. Tap Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal.

  • If you purchased through our website: You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your account at the WeShape account.

    2. Navigate to your Profile.

    3. Select Manage My Subscription.

    4. Click on Cancel My Subscription to stop auto-renewal.

  • If you purchased through Shopify: You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Shopify account.

    2. Navigate to your account settings.

    3. Locate your active subscriptions.

    4. Select WeShape and cancel the subscription.

Important Notes

  • Ensure you complete the cancellation process before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

  • After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
