WeMove includes built-in music powered by Feed.fm. You can choose your station, skip tracks, and control volume levels — all before or during your routine.

Changing Your Music Station

You can select a station before you start or swap it mid-workout. Available stations are: Electronic, Hip Hop, Pop, Rock, and Throwback.

Before your routine

  1. Complete the pre-routine survey and arrive at the routine summary screen. Tap the music note icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. The Select a new station menu will appear. Choose your preferred station, then tap Close.

  3. Tap Start Moving to begin with your selected station playing.

During your routine

  1. Tap the music icon in the video player's controls to open the sound settings panel.

  2. Select any station from the Change Stations list on the right side of the panel. The music will switch immediately.

Adjusting Volume

Music and trainer audio are controlled independently. To adjust either, tap the music icon in the video player's controls during your routine.

  • Music Volume — drag the slider (marked with a music note icon) left to lower or right to raise the music level.

  • Trainer Volume — drag the slider (marked with a trainer icon) left to lower or right to raise the coaching audio level.

Tip: You can mute music entirely while keeping the trainer's voice at full volume — just drag the Music Volume slider all the way to the left, or use the Enable Music toggle.

Skipping a Track

If a song isn't doing it for you, tap the music icon in the video player's controls, then tap Skip Track at the top of the panel. The next track in your selected station will play immediately.

Tips & Reminders

  • Music settings are not saved between sessions — you'll need to reselect your preferences each time you start a new routine.

  • The station selector is also available before your routine starts, so you can set everything up before you hit Start Moving.

  • To turn music off entirely, see How to Turn Off Music During a Routine.
