Understanding the WeShape Movement Scores

Your WeShape Movement Scores are designed to reflect something most fitness programs overlook: how your body actually feels and functions.

They’re not about calories burned or pounds lost. Instead, they track the things that truly matter when it comes to moving better and feeling better in your body.

Your scores are built from the feedback you share during your C.O.A.C.H. movement or stretching sessions. Over time, they reflect your progress across key areas like movement, strength, flexibility, balance, and recovery, including sleep. Each time you complete a routine, check in, or share how something feels, your scores update to reflect your current experience.

Every session you complete contributes to your scores. When you move through your routine, check in with how your body feels, and make adjustments based on your needs, you’re not just finishing a workout. You’re giving WeShape valuable insight into how your body is responding. Over time, this creates a personalized picture of your progress that is based on your body, not a one-size-fits-all standard.

Progress is not always obvious day to day, but your Movement Scores help you see what’s changing beneath the surface. They can help you notice improvements you might not feel right away, stay motivated by seeing consistent progress, understand what areas are improving most, and recognize where your body may need more support. It’s a way to make progress visible, even when it feels slow.

Your Movement Scores are here to shift the focus away from external metrics and toward what really matters: how you feel in your body. Every check-in, every stretch, every session counts. And over time, those small moments add up to something meaningful: a body that feels stronger, moves more freely, and supports you in your everyday life.
