Is the WeShape Challenge free? Yes — the Challenge is completely free to join. Because of that, a few common points of confusion are worth clearing up.
Joining a Challenge Does Not Create a Paid Subscription
When you sign up for a free Challenge, you are not charged and no recurring billing is set up. If you only joined a Challenge, there is nothing to cancel and you will never receive a bill from us.
Note: If you do see a charge from WeShape, you likely have a separate paid membership — contact us and we'll check.
Challenge Access Is Temporary
Your Challenge access lasts for the duration of that Challenge. When the Challenge ends, access to Challenge content ends with it.
This is also why some past participants can't log in between Challenges — without a paid membership, there's no ongoing account access (and password resets won't change that).

A paid WeShape membership gives you year-round access to your personalized daily routine, the app, and every Challenge. When Is the Next Challenge?
Check your email! We send out invitations to everyone who is a current member or has participated in a previous Challenge once opt-ins open!
