How to Reset Your Program

If your current program no longer matches where you're at, you can reset it and retake the new client survey from scratch. This is helpful if you're coming back from a long break, or if your routine just isn't fitting your needs anymore.

When to Reset

Resetting your program is a good idea if:

  • You've been away from movement or been inactive for a while and want your routine to reflect where your body is today.

  • Your goals or how you feel in your body have shifted since you first signed up.

  • Your current program doesn't feel like the right fit anymore.

How to Reset Your Program

  1. Navigate to your Profile.

  2. Click Reset My Program.

  3. You'll be taken through the new client survey again from the beginning.

Once you've completed the survey, your program will rebuild based on your updated answers so it fits where you are now.
