I can't login! How do I reset my password?

If you cannot remember your password and are trying to log back in, perform the steps below to reset your password.

Follow the steps below to reset your WeShape account password.

  1. Navigate to the Password Recovery page: https://my.weshape.com/password-recovery

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Code.

  3. Check your inbox for an email titled "Reset Account Password for WeShape Inbox" from [email protected].

  4. Copy the 6-digit code from the email and return to the verification screen — or click the link in the email to go there directly.

  5. Enter your verification code and new password in both fields, then click Update and Login.

  6. You'll be taken to the login page where you can sign in with your email and new password.
