If your workout suddenly freezes after making a scaling selection, please employ the below steps to resolve the issue in future workouts.
This issue can occur very rarely and after a scaling choice is made right before the scaling prompt is about to go away, and only during a block with consecutive rounds of the same movement. So by ensuring that you make your scaling choice (if you wish to scale!) as early into the scaling prompt as you're able to, you can avoid this freeze up from occurring all together! If you do not wish to scale that movement, feel free to let the scaling prompt time out and you will automatically advance to the next round!
