Yes! You are welcome to change your subscription plan at any time! Please see the instructions below based on where you signed up for your WeShape account!
- If you purchased through the Apple App Store: You can change your subscription plan by visiting the Apple App Store, heading to your profile, selecting your "Subscriptions" and selecting the WeShape option.
- If you purchased through the Google Play Store: You can change your subscription plan by visiting the Google Play Store, heading to your profile, selecting "Payments and Subscriptions" and selecting the WeShape option.
- If you purchased through our website: You can request a subscription change by contacting Customer Support here!
Upgrading your Subscription:
If you are upgrading (changing your plan from monthly to quarterly or yearly, or from quarterly plan to yearly plan) the change will go into effect immediately and you will get a pro-rated refund from your previous billing cycle.
Downgrading your Subscription:
If you are downgrading (changing your plan from yearly or quarterly down to monthly, or from yearly plan to quarterly plan) the change will go into effect at your next renewal date and your subscription will renew with your newly selected plan & billing rate.
