You can! Just use the Edit Schedule button located on your Workouts page to add or remove workouts from your weekly schedule.
1. Navigate to My Workouts.
2. Click the "Edit Schedule" button shown below.
3. A popup window will open up and allow you to adjust your workout schedule for the next two weeks. Once you've chosen your preferred workout days, scroll to the bottom of that window and click the "Save Changes" button to confirm your changes.
4. Once your changes have been saved you can close the popup window and your newly updated workout schedule and videos will be available for you!
