What You Can Switch To
Monthly members can switch to quarterly or yearly.
Quarterly members can switch to yearly.
Switching to a shorter plan isn't self-serve. See below.
What It Costs
Our standard plans are $39.95 monthly, $99 quarterly, and $299 yearly. When the switch is offered, you'll see each plan's price alongside its monthly equivalent and what you save.
When the Change Happens
Immediately. Your new plan starts the day you switch, and the unused portion of your current plan is prorated and credited toward the new one, so you're not paying twice for the same days.
How to Switch
Log in, go to My profile, and select Manage my subscription. If a plan switch is available on your account, you can pick the longer plan and confirm from there.
You'll also be offered this during the cancellation flow if cost is the reason you're thinking about leaving. Same result either way.
If you don't see the option, contact us and we'll make the change for you.
Moving to a Shorter Plan
Message us through the chat widget or email [email protected] and let us know which plan you'd like. The change takes effect at your next renewal date, and your subscription renews at the new plan and rate from there.
If You Subscribed Through Apple, Google, or Shopify
Plan changes for those subscriptions are managed through that store. Contact us at [email protected] if you're not sure which applies to you.
