Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days of your original purchase. After this period, charges are non-refundable.
Auto-renewals are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

The email address on your account
Your order number (if you have it)
We'll take care of it from there.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, so you can keep using WeShape until the period ends. No further charges will be applied.
Free Challenges
Joining a free challenge (like the WeShape Challenge) does not create a paid subscription. These challenges are completely free, with no hidden fees, no automatic enrollments, and no cancellation needed unless you've separately signed up for a paid membership.
