The easiest way to get around is by using the main navigation bar located at the bottom of your screen. You'll see four key icons:

Home: Your Daily Dashboard
The Home screen is your command center. When you first open the app, this is where you'll land. From here, you can instantly start your daily workout, see upcoming community events, check your Feel Good Score, and get a dose of daily inspiration. Think of it as your starting point for everything WeShape.

WeMove: Your Personalized Workouts
Tap on the WeMove tab to access all your movement and exercise features. This is where you'll interact with our C.O.A.C.H. AI system to start a personalized workout or stretching session. You can also view your activity history and track your progress over time.

WeMeet: Live Community Calls
The WeMeet section is your home for live, interactive calls with WeShape coaches and community members. Check the schedule for upcoming Q&A sessions and WeShare calls, and register to join. It's a powerful way to connect, learn, and feel supported in real-time.

WeShare: The Community Wall
Tap on WeShare to visit our community hub. Here you can share your progress, ask questions, and celebrate your wins with other WeShape members in a judgment-free social feed. Itβs your space to offer and receive encouragement from people on the same journey.
Your Profile & Challenges
In the top corner of the app, you'll also find icons to access your Profile (for account settings and subscription management) and the Challenge system (to earn badges and stay motivated).
