Want to change or update the email address on your WeShape account? Yes, you can — the email field on your profile is view-only, so our team makes the change for you on the back end.
Steps
Contact our support team
Message us through the chat widget or email [email protected] — if possible, from the email address currently on your account.
Tell us your new email address
Include the new email address you'd like to use on the account.
We'll confirm when it's done
We'll update it and confirm with you, usually within one to two business days.
After the Change
You'll log in with your new email address — your password stays the same. All account emails (receipts, password resets, and program updates) will go to the new address.
Tip: If you can't log in and password reset emails aren't arriving, your account may be under an older email address. Reach out and we can look up your account and update the email in one step.
